Exclusive dresses such as wedding dresses, evening dresses and men's suits are also professionally cleaned by us. The best cleaning method is chosen for each item.
Fabric Protector
Depending on the fabric type, it is possible to add an extra protective layer with a dirt and water-repellent treatment. The water and dirt-repellent layer ensures that the stain does not immediately penetrate deep into the fiber. The stain remains, as it were, "at the top". You can quickly remove the stain with a clean dry cloth by tapping / dabbing. Never rub a stain as this action will damage the fiber. The water-repellent treatment is improving the usage property. It is not necessary but offers peace of mind.
Labels
Normally, a care label is used by the supplier on the textile to prevent incorrect cleaning method from being applied. In practice, it appears that the supplier rarely applies a washing label to sofa covers. This is not a problem for us; We have specialist knowledge of all materials and can determine which raw material your sofa cover consists of whether it be wool, silk, cotton, synthetic fibers, etc. We also investigate whether a fabric has been refined by dyeing, printing and the like. We analyze your sofa covers and then apply the correct cleaning method.
Upholstery
We deep clean fixed fabric on upholstered chairs and lounge sofas, wall panels, bed boards, mattresses, floor coverings and rugs on location. We first investigate the fabric type and determine the best method for servicing the item, whether that be dry or wet cleaning.

Pick up & Drop off services
UCC-Services provide a pick-up and delivery service, whether that be for specialist cleaning In house for items such as mattresses, rugs or upholstery or for the dry cleaning services. When servicing mattresses for instance and where we need to deep clean & remove mold, urine or sweat stains, we will clean them in house at our facility in Vijfhuizen. After we have dried them thoroughly using industrial blowers, we will deliver them back, clean, fresh, disinfected and vacuum packed.

Cleaning and steaming
Steam cleaning is a popular name for dry cleaning. Dry cleaning means using a chemical solvent during the cleaning process. So, no water is used. And that is where the English term 'dry cleaner' comes from. The cleaning process takes place in a closed machine.
The stains are removed with soap and a so-called solvent (detergent). This solvent (detergent) is gentle in nature and protects delicate materials. Steam is mainly used in the finishing stages when conducting the ironing and pressing after dry cleaning.
All items & fabrics can be serviced
UCC Services have the ability to clean almost everything from exclusive clothing to curtains. The most effective cleaning method is chosen for each item to ensure, no shrinkage or stretching.
However; Steam cleaning can shrink items during professional cleaning. Occasionally, there can be a relaxation shrinkage of up to 3% depending on the fabric type of the item being cleaned.
Stain Removal
We do our utmost to remove all stains. Stains are pre-treated, then treated and cleaned properly. If the stain does not come out after cleaning, we will begin our spotting service and use our specialist stain removers to gradually, ease the stain out of the fabric. It is quite understandable that not all stains will come out due to what the soiling is, items such as bleach, whitening toothpaste etc will damage the fibers to an extent where removal is virtually impossible
Urine, mold, sweat are very much part of our stain removal service and we gain excellent results with virtually all urine, mold and sweat being removed successfully.

DIY
We recommend that you do not treat the stain yourself with cleaning agents. The stain often penetrates deeper into the fiber when using the wrong materials. Later on when a service provider is called in, it will be more difficult for them to remove the stain completely. You can also damage the fabric so that there is a light spot or circle. When fabric requires cleaning, please call a service provider who can treat your fabric with the correct materials and solutions without further damaging the item in question.
